Focus Groups/Personal Interviews: Qualitative Research
GRA has several experienced moderators who are prepared to conduct focus groups and high-level personal interviews. We may elect to work through our facility in New Jersey or through our network of sites covering all major cities. In addition, we have developed a core of executive interviewers throughout the U.S. who are trained in our procedures for completion of advertisement or visual aid testing or other highly qualitative projects.

GRA Telephone Center:
GRA maintains a bank of in-house phone lines and highly trained interviewers. We have the ability to administer complex interviews with significant levels of probing. Our interviewers are comfortable speaking with physicians, consumers/patients, other healthcare professionals as well as business professionals.

GRA Check Study Division:
The GRA Check Study Division (CSD) is an innovator in the use of negotiable checks to conduct a variety of specialized research programs. The CSD uses negotiable checks to complete highly quantitative primary research studies such as "Awareness/Trial/Usage" studies or studies of promotional activities using tightly defined test and control groups. In addition, we have a massive normative database (shown below) of readership studies: APX (Ad Page Exposure) covering multi-sponsored journals, single-sponsored journals and all forms of direct mail. Further, the check study methodology can be used for profiling audiences for promotional purposes, administration of "programmed learning" programs and many other unique concepts.
