
Product Tracking
GRA offers several protocols for product tracking. Tracking studies are especially valuable for new product launches to measure progress before projectable secondary data are available or for any product category that is sold outside of retail pharmacy and is not adequately tracked via secondary data sources (hospital products, medical devices, office-administered by physicians, etc.). Product tracking may be accomplished by phone – especially if user perception or motivational data are desired. In addition, the GRA Check Study Division provides a unique vehicle for conducting highly quantitative and controlled studies.
